Going Away Party

By · Comments (0)

This message is for ALL tennis people and tennis friends (same thing right?).  We will be having a going away party before our move to Minnesota Sunday October 12th at 1pm.  EVERYONE is welcome to come and hang out, including children.  The party will take place at Reza’s Pitch on 3rd and Front.  In order for Reza to properly prepare we are asking that you RSVP by Monday October 5th if you know for CERTAIN you will be able to come around 1pm the 12th.  RSVP is NOT required obviously and we will certainly be there for a few hours.

So 1pm Sunday October 12th at Reza’s Pitch.  We hope to see all of you there :)

You may RSVP by Monday October 5th by emailing me at bismarcktennisclub@gmail.com or by texting/calling 701-214-1541.  Thank you all so much :)

By · Comments (0)

I’m sorry everyone, but high school season has begun and our Saturdays will be shaky from here on out.  Unfortunately THIS Saturday I will be traveling with the team so there will be no drills.  Thank you all for your patience!

Moving On…

By · Comments (0)

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to inform everyone that I have accepted a job in Rochester MN that will begin in November.  Although I am excited for new beginnings, I am deeply saddened to be leaving such a fine community and those I love so dearly.  Bismarck will always be home in my heart and I wish I could put into words how grateful I am to each and every one of you who either helped me grow as a person and professional, helped me through life, or had patience/guidance through good times and bad.  I am truly blessed to call you all friends and also blessed to have such patient and supportive people in my life to help me become what I am today.  I always wanted to touch ppeople’s lives in a positive manner and hope that I have to some extent.

There will be a going away party (details to follow as time draws closer) for all of you who wish to attend.  Again this was a tough decision and I will miss you all dearly and I thank you more than words can express for your support over the years of my vision and mission.

There will be no group, private, or academy lessons this coming Monday.  For that academy group Monday will be made up in the coming weeks.

Drills Update

By · Comments (0)

There will be no drills this weekend due to the Bismarck Open tournament.  Hope you all can come out and watch and support :)

We would like to congratulate a few of our Bismarck Tennis Club players on their recent accomplishments.  AlyssaWolf took consolation championship in the recent level 5 tournament in Rapid City and then followed that up with a championship in Valley City just last weekend.  Also taking down two championships in a row now is Elizabeth Felderman who also won in Valley City last weekend along side Alyssa.  Lastly Lizzy Allan who took the consolation last weekend in Valley City and is coming into the Bismarck Open as the defending champion.  We are very proud of you and how you are progressing and we wish you all luck in the tournament this weekend :)

Weather permitting we will be holding our usual drills this Saturday at 10:30am followed by our new advanced 2hr clinic for 4.0+ adults and top junior players.

We would like to offer something for the advanced players in our community beginning this Saturday at noon at Tom Oleary.   This program is geared toward players 4.0 and higher and also for top ranking local junior players.  We will run from noon-2pm every applicable Saturday and operate on a week to week sign up.  Cost is only $30/player/week!  The program will cover all aspects of singles and doubles play in a competitive and fun environment and there will be a logical progression from week to week.  I invite you all out this Saturday for an introductory price of only $20 to come and see if you like the new material.  If youwould like to reserve a spot please RSVP by enailing bismarcktennisclub@gmail.com or calling/texting to 701-214-1541.  We will have a maximum of 12 participants each week to ensure quality of instruction and play experience.

Hope to see you all this Saturday :)
